You are invited to 2024 Tree Lighting Up on Mon, 2nd Dec at 6.30pm

Castleknock TidyTowns, in conjunction with Fingal County Council, will host the official lighting up of the Christmas Tree in Castleknock Village on Monday 2nd December at 6.30pm.

This free event will begin inside St Brigid’s Church on Castleknock Road with the Rev Colin McConaghie and Fr Damian McNeice in attendance. A short performance will be given by the award-winning St Brigid’s National School choir under the direction of Ms Williams. Attendees will then move outside to watch the tree lighting up and some traditional Christmas Carols will be performed by the Castleknock Tennis Club Christmas Choir.  Light refreshments will be served inside St Brigid’s Church immediately after the event.

NOTE: for safety reasons, no parking will be available either outside or within the churchyard of St Brigid's Church on Monday 2nd Dec.
