REMINDER - CLOSING DATE EXTENDED BY ONE WEEK
Castleknock Tidy Towns is looking for a garden that is wildly wonderful for both people and wildlife…it can be big or small.
Might your garden win our competition this year?
Simply email 3 photos of your garden along with a short description (max 150 words) about why your garden deserves to win. Tell us what's so special about it. Add your name and address within Castleknock. The competition deadline is now SUNDAY 28th July 2024.
Email your entry to: castleknocktidytowns@gmail.com with WILD GARDEN 2024 written in the subject line. Or hand it in at Myo’s marked ‘For Castleknock TidyTowns.’
Gardens must be within a reasonable walking distance of Castleknock Village.
After the closing date, we will contact the entrants of the top three gardens selected. These gardens will be visited by a small panel of judges from our gardening/biodiversity team. One winner will be chosen and announced on Sunday 18th August 2024.
A best estate will also be chosen. Each entry above with an estate mentioned in the address will count towards a point system in the Best Estate competition. The winning estate competition will be decided by the number of entries plus a pre-arranged visit from the judges.
