Weekly Sat Clean Up - 24th Jun '23

Another fine day, another fine result! This time Castleknock Road at the junction to Park Avenue and Beechpark Avenue got the attention of a large CTT crew. The team worked together to cut back verges, pull weeds, add new plants, refresh flowerbeds, mow a strip at the edge of the 'no mow' area and mulch the apple trees with leaf mold. The volunteers left the area looking very well indeed. Judie provided the home baking which was enjoyed with the tea and coffees back at Myo's. Later that evening, the trees and flowerbeds were watered, as needed.

Thanks to everyone who helped out. And thanks too go to FCC, who (following a request from CTT) cleaned and re-blackened the lettering on street nameplates for the village estates recently, as required. Made such a difference!
