Tree Giveaway and Plant Swop

Sustainability is all about caring for resources and sharing what we have.

In this vein, Castleknock TidyTowns is giving away hundreds of native Irish tree whips (hazel, alder, birch, wild cherry etc.) to local gardeners to plant in their own gardens (Maximum 2 per household). But do come early - because when they're gone, they're gone!

We will also have lots of perennial plants and seedlings to swop. Donations of plants are always welcome, if anyone has some to spare.

We'll be set up and ready at 9.30am on the pavement in front of Myo's on Saturday. Whether you are an avid gardener, mildly green fingered or just starting out, please do come along and join in the fun.
