Following appeals to Fingal County Council from Frank Henry and his team (Phoenix and Peck's Lane Residents' Association) and separately from our own Taskforce Tidy Up team, here are the Before and After photos of the graffiti blackspot at Parkway Rail Station on Navan Road.
