Fairhaven residents making a difference

A few Fairhaven residents continue to make a real difference, having adopted the area along the side of the Phoenix Park. Recently the area was looking untidy with rubbish, leaves and lots of weeds. Just a pair of residents collected four sackfuls of leaves and weeds in a little over two hours. At the end of the evening, they spread bee-friendly wild flower seeds in an area that otherwise hasn’t been mown, just after the Castleknock sign, before Phoenix Park Racecourse and Fairhaven. So hopefully, come summertime, it will appear much improved. Well done folks!
