Castleknock Road Clean Up

A huge group of volunteers from Fairhaven and the Racecourse were busy this week. They replanted in front of the Castleknock sign and planted 500 spring bulbs around the trees and roundabout (bulbs supplied by Fingal County Council, and Gar Flinter supplied the new bedding plants). Cllr Siobhan Shovlin also visited us and Londis Castleknock supplied free coffees afterwards. Thanks indeed!

The group are doing their very best to keep this approach to Castleknock village clean and tidy. They filled at least 10 large bags. Well done folks - keep up the great work!
